Before joining Neon Redwood, Max served as VP of Data & GTM Strategy at VTS, where he led GTM initiatives and scaled their data products to $7M+ ARR. He also held leadership roles at The Irvine Company, American Realty Advisors, and CBRE, where he developed forecasting models, optimized resource allocation, and delivered insights to executive leadership. His background in economics and econometrics enables him to tackle complex business challenges and deliver results across diverse industries.
