Phil Kallos, Co-Founder and CTO of Neon Redwood, is a seasoned engineering leader and software architect with a deep passion for web technologies, data engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. Prior to co-founding Neon Redwood, Phil held key positions as Director of Engineering at Foresite Capital Management, Director of Data Engineering at ShopStyle, and Engineering Architect at PopSugar Inc.

Throughout his career, Phil has excelled in creating impactful results by leveraging the power of data analytics, ETL processes, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven strategies. He has built high-performing teams focused on optimizing investment research, portfolio management, and personalized user experiences through innovative data solutions.
